These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the TipsterLab platform ("Service", "Platform", "TipsterLab"), which provides sports predictions, analytical materials, statistics, and AI-powered forecasting tools based on artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

By accessing or using the website, mobile version, API, or any services provided by TipsterLab, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period expires, the user's payment method will be automatically charged for the next billing cycle.

Each user is eligible for only one free trial period unless otherwise specified.

Creating multiple accounts to abuse the free trial offer is strictly prohibited.

TipsterLab reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in such activity.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.

By subscribing to TipsterLab services, the user authorizes TipsterLab to automatically charge the selected payment method according to the chosen subscription plan.

Subscription prices are published on the website and may be changed in the future.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting customer support.

After cancellation, access to paid features remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Payments already processed are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved at TipsterLab's sole discretion.

When changing a subscription plan, a new invoice may be generated.

Unused time from the previous subscription period may be credited toward the new plan where applicable.

The new subscription plan becomes active after successful payment processing.

Users agree to:

provide accurate and up-to-date account information;

keep account credentials confidential;

use the Service lawfully;

refrain from attempting to bypass platform restrictions;

avoid copying, reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting TipsterLab content without written permission.

The following activities are prohibited:

creating mirror or competing services using TipsterLab data;

unauthorized commercial use of TipsterLab materials.

Predictions, probabilities, analytics, and other materials provided by TipsterLab are generated using algorithms, statistical models, artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, historical data, and external information sources.

TipsterLab does not guarantee:

prediction accuracy;

profitability;

betting success;

uninterrupted availability of the Service;

error-free operation.

Sports events are inherently unpredictable, and any prediction may prove inaccurate.

Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained through the Service, including betting or financial decisions.

TipsterLab shall not be liable for:

financial losses;

betting losses;

loss of profits;

indirect or consequential damages;

inaccuracies in data;

technical interruptions;

temporary unavailability of the Service.

All TipsterLab materials, including but not limited to:

text;

designs;

logos;

algorithms;

databases;

AI models;

interfaces;

software code;

graphics;

statistics;

predictions;

are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, reproduction, publication, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from TipsterLab.

The Platform may contain:

sports team logos;

club names;

images;

statistical feeds;

videos;

links to third-party platforms.

All rights to such materials belong to their respective owners.

TipsterLab does not claim ownership of third-party content.

TipsterLab aims to provide stable and uninterrupted access to the Service; however, continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Service may occasionally experience:

maintenance periods;

temporary outages;

delayed updates;

data discrepancies;

technical issues.

TipsterLab reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice in cases involving:
